Software Engineering Internship

Work on a real product team alongside senior engineers. Interns ship production code, receive mentorship, and present their work to leadership at the end of the programme.

Graduate Programme2 years (rotational)

Graduate Engineering Programme

A structured two-year rotational programme for recent graduates. Rotate through three engineering teams, develop deep skills in one area, and receive dedicated coaching from senior leadership.

Fellowship6 months

AI Research Fellowship

A research fellowship for PhD students and early-career researchers interested in applied AI. Fellows collaborate with RCWMAS AI team on a defined research project with publication opportunities.
